The pair are very familiar with Court Place Farm having both successfully played within and managed Oxford City teams in the past.

Nomads Chairman Richard Lawrence commented. "I welcome Justin (right) and Andy (left) to the club and pay tribute to the dedicated hard work by Doug Graham who will continue his coaching role with the young players at the Oxford Football Partnership development college based at Court Place Farm, which provides the important link to the Oxford City youth teams".

"Justin will also be registered as a player and add experience to a young side. It is expected that the new management team will recruit the services of other new faces to provide a platform for the development of the younger players."

For season 2010/11 Oxford City Nomads have an excellent new manager at the helm as respected Oxford City 1st team coach Doug Graham moves across to further strengthen the pathways for the impressive youngsters at the club to progress.

After a successful first season in the Premier Division, previous manager Mark Jones was unable to carry on due to work commitments. The appointment of Doug Graham, who coaches at the Oxford Football Partnership based at Oxford City which has been the source of many of the new Nomads players, is seen as the perfect choice to link the college students with the higher standards of football available at Court Place Farm stadium.
