Managers and any other official are not permitted to transfer or register players. Transfers received from any other person will be invalid.

How to Proceed With on on-line registration
    1. The player transfer form must have already been fully completed and signed by both the player and your appointed club official, plus the designated official (as stated above) of the club the player is transferring from before an on line transfer is processed.
    2. A new Hellenic League player registration document for the club the player is transferring to must also have been completed and signed. The player must be re-registered as a player of the club he is transferring to using the on line facility.
    3. Both the On Line Transfer and On Line Registration Form must be completed in full and submitted.
    4. The original transfer form completed and signed by all required parties must be posted to THE HELLENIC LEAGUE OFFICE and in their hands no later than 5 days after the on line transfer is actioned.
    5. A player will be eligible to play for the club he has transfered to 24 hours after the transfer has been made. Any transfer timed as being sent after 3.00pm (1500 hours) on a Friday will mean that unless special dispensation has been sought from the league, the player will not be eligible to play on the Saturday.
    6. Payment for the transfer can be made on line by all the major credit cards, otherwise a cheque for payment of the transaction must accompany the hard copy of the transfer form. (The cost for on line payment is £16.00 (£15.00 transfer fee plus £1.00 card charges)
    7. Confirmation emails will be sent to the registered club email address, as shown at the bottom of the form. An alternative address of one of the appointed club officials may be typed in place of that shown if that is the person who collates the clubs records. That address must have been registered with the League Office with the club details. Should it be proven that the address is not that of an appointed official the player transfer and registration will be deemed invalid.
    8. Clubs with both Hellenic & Hellenic Veterans teams, must action the procedure in the relevant section.
    9. An email will be sent to the registered club email address on file as retainable proof that the transfer and registration has been submitted.
