Message From Football Mitoo - 4th October
Last Tuesday we moved our entire 11 years' worth of data to a new server. However, when it was put under heavy load, there were unforeseen connectivity problems with this new database location. It took us some time but we managed to restore the database to its original home and it is now functioning as normal. At 9.15 p.m. we were handling, typically, ten simultaneous requests per second. We hope to determine the cause of the problem with the new location this week and we'll then try again to move the data to a bigger, faster and more stable platform.
